If you want to navigate the minefield that is “how to eat”, join me for six weeks of interactive classes which will explain the science behind the food we eat and its affects on our bodies, so that you can feel confident in making the right choices to help you look and feel at your very best.
Each week we’ll look at a different topic:
Week 1: Digestion – why we are what we eat (as long as we digest and absorb it)
Week 2: Sugar, carbs and weight management
Week 3: Fats, proteins and micro-nutrients – how to maximise energy levels
Week 4: Detoxification every day
Week 5: Inflammation, the immune system and eating for a healthy future
Week 6: Stress, sleep, exercise and lifestyle
Throughout the course I’ll also support you with recipes, tasters and meal plans that you can use to get a head start in making changes. You’ll also be invited to the exclusive Eat to Thrive closed Facebook group where I’ll post extra information and tips, and you can join a community of like-minded individuals to support you to make change in a stress-free way.
